Pros: Very attractive interface, support for A/V, very active development.

Cons: Little in the way of customisability here; not the most advanced webcam support (when compared to, say, iChat.)

Review: This is a huge surprise! Suddenly we have an IM app that supports status messages, an attractive interface (meaning both the message theme and the contact list), audio chat support and video chat support. Oh, and there's buddy icon support too. This app is one of my favourite out there - Yahoo! are truly making an effort and are pushing the boat out on this one and it's great to see!
